Stemmen met een andere Europese nationaliteit

Als u een andere Europese nationaliteit heeft, mag u zelf bepalen in welk EU-land u gaat stemmen. In Nederland of in het EU-land van uw nationaliteit. Gaat u in Nederland stemmen? Dan kiest u voor de Nederlandse leden van het Europees Parlement.

Y-32 formulier

Bent u EU-burger? En woont u in Nederland, maar heeft u niet de Nederlandse nationaliteit? Als u in Nederland wilt stemmen moet u vooraf een Y-32 formulier invullen. Hiermee registreert u zich eenmalig bij de gemeente.

Met het Y-32 formulier verklaart u dat u niet ook in een ander land stemt en dat u niet van het kiesrecht bent uitgesloten.

U kunt het Y-32 formulier op drie manieren invullen:

Heeft u DigiD? Dan kunt u het Y-32 formulier invullen door op deze link te klikken:

Schriftelijk

Gebruikt u liever de e-mail of post? Download dan het Y-32 formulier onderaan de pagina en stuur het samen met een kopie van uw legitimatiebewijs op naar de gemeente. 

Mailen kan naar burgerzaken@borsele.nl.

Om te kunnen stemmen op 6 juni 2024 voor het Europees Parlement moest u uiterlijk 23 april 2024 het formulier indienen.

In persoon

Komt u liever zelf langs het gemeentehuis? Dat kan natuurlijk ook! U kunt het Y-32 formulier tijdens onze openingstijden ophalen bij Team Burgerzaken en afgeven aan de balie in het gemeentehuis. Maak hiervoor een afspraak via onze website https://www.borsele.nl/afspraak-maken of bel naar 0113-238383.

Would you like to vote for the Dutch members of the European Parliament, and are you a national of another Member State of the European Union? You may choose to vote in the Netherlands.

Voting in the Netherlands 

If you want to vote in the Netherlands, you must fill in a form. You will find the form (with instructions) below. On this form, you declare that you are not voting in another country. You may only vote for the European Parliament once.

The municipality must receive the completed form by 23 April 2024. Our address is: Postbus 1, 4450 AA, Heinkenszand.

During opening hours you may also hand off the declaration at our town hall.
